What Lovers Do...According to God

Living the lover's life will require that we do everything in love. We are to in fact be devoted to our God and to doing the good that our God has called us to do. Lovers cling to the good and shun evil. Lovers are devoted to doing good even if at firs they are afraid. Knowing that God's eyes are upon us will overcome all fear. It is God who will keep us centered and devoted to perfect His Will and not distracted by our own issues. It is God who loves us and promises to never leave us, always laying out the path for us. Therefore, let us commit ourselves to truly being lovers so that all others will be blessed by us as we are blessed by God's everlasting loving touch.

Romans 12:9-10 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.

1 Corinthians 16:14
Do everything in love.

Another GREAT Meeting

Hello All,

I would like to thank all the ladies who were able to join us on Sunday. Once again the knowledge,
experience, and honesty shared during the meeting had a great impact on my life and prayerfully others'. One wife was extremely proud to attend the meeting, she said, "There is no class out there to teach women to be a wife." WOW!! God always has a bigger plan than what we may think . So what better way to learn your role as a wife than from hearing the steps other wives are taking during their walk as a wife.

We got a great word from Loni's mom, Mrs. Pam, and to sum up all her insight into one phrase it would be this:

"A man always wants to feel like a man."
The bible clearly shows us why:

Exodus 18:25 Moses chose able men out of all Israel and made them heads over the people, leaders of thousands, of hundreds, of fifties and of tens.

Numbers 1:4 One man from each tribe, each the head of his family, is to help you.

A man wants to feel wanted. Once he feels like he no longer can provide for you and his family, what keeping him from straying or leaving!!

I know all you wives are STRONG women of God but please remember that God gave us to our husband as his help mate.

Genesis 2:18 Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”

Remember we all have roles in our “Marriage” once we step out of our role into our spouses you take away from his self worth & cause him to question his purpose.

Love ya,
The Only Wife

The Tongue Can Bring Death or Life. Proverbs 18:21

The choice is ours!

His mouth is full of curses and lies and threats; trouble and evil are under his tongue.
Psalm 10:6-8
